Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and dynamic practice that cultivates awareness and activates the dormant energy at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini. Originating from ancient Indian traditions, this unique practice combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, mantra chanting, and deep relaxation techniques with gong. Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic approach to well-being, targeting physical, mental, and spiritual realms simultaneously.
This workshop series is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the workshop provides a safe and supportive space for growth and exploration. If you are a beginner, you will learn the foundations of Kundalini Yoga, from basic postures to meditation techniques. For experienced practitioners, the workshop offers an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your techniques, and explore advanced concepts. It is recommended to sign up for the entire series since each session builds upon the previous one. However, drop-ins are welcome.
You will experience four different series of exercises and meditations that demonstrate the breadth and depth of Kundalini Yoga:

March 16, 2-4pm: Support Your Point of Intuition
March 23, 2-4pm: Discover Your 10 Bodies
Bring your curiosity and be prepared to be surprised by the power of Kundalini Yogas technology. No previous yoga experience is required. This sessions will be offered in-person and livestream.
